48th ANNUAL ANTIGUA CHARTER YACHT SHOW

DECEMBER 6-11,2010 FALMOUTH & ENGLISH HARBOUR,

ANTIGUA,  WEST INDIES.

Dear Participants,

This year’s show, as in the past, will take place at the Nelson’s Dockyard Marina in English Harbour, the Falmouth Harbour Marina and the Antigua Yacht Club Marina both located in Falmouth Harbour.  A shuttle service runs between the three marinas during show hours.  See printed program for more details.

Yacht viewing hours are from 9:00am - 5:00pm daily with one hour for lunch between 12:30pm - 1:30pm. 

Name badges must be worn at all times during the show and are required for boarding of yachts.

New Broker Information:

In order to make the registration procedure more efficient we request your cooperation.  All new brokers who wish to participate in the Antigua Charter Yacht Show must provide 2 letters of reference from Yacht Management Companies with whom he or she has booked charters with in the past, proof of escrow account and proof of advertising to be submitted along with the completed online registration form.  

 

Show Registration:   Registration takes place at the Hospitality Desk in the Copper & Lumber Store Hotel in Nelson's Dockyard. If your registration fee has not been paid in advance you will be charged and required to pay the late fee of US$50.00
 

Registration for yachts:         Dec.5th, 2010 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm 
Captain’s Briefing:   Copper & Lumber Hotel  Dec. 5th, 2010 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Yacht Registration continues Dec.5th, 2010 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Registration for all participants: Dec..5th, 2010 3:00pm to 5:30 pm 
Registration for all participants: Dec. 6th, 2010 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hours for the Hospitality Desk:      8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily Except on the day of our Gala Dinner Party which the desk will be closed at 3:00pm. Date will be announced later.

Cancellation Policy:

Yachts:

  • Yachts cancelling prior to  November 5th will get 100% refund.

  • Yachts cancelling prior to November 15th will get 50% credit for the next year show.

  • Yachts cancelled on and after  November 15th NO refund.

Agents & Non-Exhibiting vendor:

  • For cancellation prior to November 1st 100% refund

  • For cancellation prior to November 15th full credit for the next year show.

  • For cancellation on and after November 15th NO refund

Dockage: 

Dockage is NOT included in the registration fee.  Please indicate your preferred marina on the registration form and contact Nelson's Dockyard, Antigua Yacht Club Marina or Falmouth Harbour Marina to book the yacht's dockage, position and arrange for payment.

Informative Hours:
