Concours de Chef

Chef and Tablescaping Competitions

Calling all yacht chefs and crew, we invite you to showcase your creative talent by taking part in our culinary competition and tablescaping contest.

23rd Annual Antigua Charter Yacht Show’s Concours de Chef and Tablescaping Competitions

This year the Antigua Charter Yacht Show’s competitions will focus on global cuisine inspirations with an emphasis on sustainable products.

As a yacht chef you are given the gift of international travel. This nomadic lifestyle allows you to experience and immerse yourself in new cultures, cuisines, and ingredients from the countries visited on your journeys. In the competition menu we want you to share innovative creations drawn from your bevy of international experience.

As the environmental issues for our planet are a constant concern many industries are doing more to reduce the impact on the environment and the yachting industry is no exception. The use of sustainable products is one aspect, which has a positive impact on our planet, and we want you to feature their use in your creations.
