If I host a session, what will I need to do?
The first step to hosting a session is to get in touch with us to register your interest and discuss your proposed topic. If your topic is suitable, we will book you in and take payment for the session.
From there, it’s over to you to create your presentation! We suggest you make it around 45 minutes long, allowing a few minutes for people to get seated at the start and then time for questions and further discussion at the end. You could also bring merchandise to give away, as well as business cards for onward networking.
On the day, you will have access to a Smart TV and PA system, which you will need to link to your own laptop to present.
The sessions sound fab - how do I sign up to attend?
All registered attendees are welcome to attend all Informative Hour sessions - just turn up, no need to register beforehand. A continental breakfast will be available for all attending, so you’ll be able to grab a quick tea, coffee or snack prior to the start of the session.
Please get in touch if you’re interested in hosting an Informative Hour session at this year’s show; we’re happy to discuss your proposed session topic and answer any questions you have…
